• Spot mow stripes are easier to see on the map: when they're closer together than the map can show (10–15 cm), every second or third one is drawn, more as you zoom in. The mow itself is unchanged.

• The demo is a whole property: a house with a deck, a garage with a car in the drive, a shed and vegetable beds, paved paths between the lawns, the street with its footpaths, and the neighbours. The map's Aerial view shows it from above (it's where the demo starts), and the camera sees the same place.
• The demo mower moves at real speed — the speed set for the mow, and 0.4 m/s on its way home — and travels between areas along the paths, like a real mower following its channels, going round the buildings (the joystick can't drive through a wall either).

• Start again in the demo showed "502 Bad Gateway"; it now goes straight to "Getting your demo garden ready".

• The joystick's top speed now starts at 0.3 m/s (Height & Speed → Manual control speed limit) — gentler for driving by hand. A speed you've already chosen is kept.
• Updates now come from https://lulumate.nz over HTTPS. Units set up earlier keep getting them from the old address.

• The demo camera looks real: thousands of thin grass blades that catch the light and the shadows, leafy trees and hedges, a tree line in the distance, sharper pictures — and along the bottom, the front of the LUBA itself, just as its own camera sees it. Pictures are 4:3, like the mower's camera.
• Manual undock works in the demo: choose Manual, push the joystick forward and drive it off the dock.

• The demo's camera is a 3-D garden you can drive round, drawn in your browser at full speed: grass that sways, trees, the hedge, the dock with its glowing light, sun and shadows — and the headlamp at night. Ai Training's pictures come from it too.
• Drive the demo with the keyboard on a computer: arrow keys or WASD work the joystick.
• Try Ai Recover in the demo: while it mows, press Try Ai Recover and a ball lands in the mower's path. It bumps it, looks, asks you (or gets on with it on Automatic), backs off and carries on, and pins the spot on the map.

• On a phone, the Ai Recover banner was hidden behind the camera window (which opens by itself when Ai Recover starts). It now sits at the bottom of the map while the camera is open.
• The Ai Recover banner now says how it ended (e.g. "Resume was all it needed — carrying on") instead of just "Finished", and a new obstacle pin shows on the map straight away.
• The Ai Recover banner and the Find Dock button were always blue; they now follow your style's colour.

• In the demo the mower reverses onto its dock, like the real one, and the battery lasts longer.

• The demo has a camera. The live camera and Ai Training's live view show the demo garden from the mower — striped lawns, the tree, the dock with its green light, the fence — moving as it drives, with the headlamp lighting it up.
• Ai Training in the demo comes with 16 labelled pictures of the dock from different distances and angles (and "no dock here" ones), a trained dock detector and a few Ai runs to look through.

• Tidier spot mow routes round no-go zones. The laps round each zone come first, the stripes start beside the last one, and the laps along the edge come last — so the mower no longer criss-crosses the lawn to get from one part to the next. • Spot mows go round no-go zones. Stripes, outline laps and the moves between them never cross a no-go zone — for a drawn area, a whole lawn area and a line. The outline laps also mow neatly round each zone. Settings → Autonomy → Keep clear of no-go zones sets how far the middle of the mower stays outside them (25 cm by default).

• The demo garden now sits on open grass on the map.

• No joystick while a spot mow is running (the Pi is driving; it also covered the panel's Stop button).
• A playable demo. Demo mode is now a simulator: Start, Pause, Dock and Undock, schedules (add, edit, run), spot mows you draw, the joystick and manual mowing all work on a made-up garden, sped up so you can watch it happen. Anything that would touch a real system — Wi-Fi, updates, backups, users, the Ai, phone alerts — says it's switched off in the demo. The website's "Try it live" runs on this.

Start it with LUBA_DEMO=1 ./run.sh and sign in as "demo" / "demo-password"; it keeps everything in its own folder and never connects to a mower.

• RTK signal map (Map layers → RTK signal) showed nothing: the number of squares overwrote the squares themselves. It now draws the coloured squares.

• Software updates (Settings → About & Help → Updates): the unit checks the maker's update server once a day and tells you when a new version is out, with what's new in it. Install downloads it, checks it's genuine (signed by the maker, matching its checksum), installs it and restarts — your settings, maps, training and history are kept. If the new version doesn't start, the old one is put back by itself. Optionally installs updates by itself at night while the mower is on its dock.

• Setup guide: a new unit opens a step-by-step guide for the admin — sign in with the Mammotion account, tap your mower from the list (no more typing its exact name), wait for it to connect, set the time zone and Wi-Fi country, check the lawn map, choose theft protection and turn on phone alerts. Run it again any time from Settings → About & Help → Run Setup Again.

• Home Assistant, automatically (Settings → System → Home Assistant): enter Home Assistant's MQTT broker and the mower appears there by itself — a lawn mower you can start, pause and dock, battery, status, RTK fix, satellites, spot mow progress, charging, blades, theft alarm, rain delay, its position on the map, Undock / Stop / Mow missed patches buttons and the theft protection setting.
