LuLuMateTerms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from GlobiCom Ltd, Building 7, Level 1, 15 Accent Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand ("we", "us") through this website.
What you're buying
- LuLuMate Unit: a ready-to-fit unit with LuLuMate installed, plus the updates and support period shown on the product.
- LuLuMate DIY: the LuLuMate install package to put on your own compatible computer, plus the updates and support period shown.
- Updates & Support: another period of new versions and help, renewing each year until you cancel.
LuLuMate works with Mammotion LUBA mowers set up in the Mammotion app with an RTK reference station, and needs home Wi-Fi that reaches the lawn. LuLuMate is independent: it isn't made, endorsed or supported by Mammotion, and it relies on Mammotion's service, which Mammotion may change. Please check compatibility with us before ordering if you're unsure.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Card payments are processed by Stripe; bank transfers must use your order number as the reference. We start preparing your order when payment arrives.
Delivery
We ship units to the countries offered at checkout and email you when your order ships. Downloads are available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
Updates and support
During your updates period the unit can install new versions automatically, and you can contact us for help by email. After it ends, LuLuMate keeps working as it is; renew to keep getting new versions and help.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (or equivalent laws where you live). If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, contact us and we'll put it right — by repair, replacement or refund as the law provides.
If you change your mind about a unit, return it unused in its packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the price paid (return postage is yours). Yearly renewals can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid year.
Using LuLuMate safely
A robot mower is a machine with sharp blades. Follow Mammotion's safety instructions, keep children and pets away while it runs, and supervise features that move the mower. LuLuMate stops moves when the mower's safety sensors trip, but it doesn't replace your care.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by changes to Mammotion's products or services. Where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies because you're buying for personal use, this doesn't limit it. If you're buying for a business, the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply.
